with proactive patrol. We interview Cpl. Andy Heard, Lt. Eddie Appleby, and Captain Mike Doby during this episode so you can see what is behind their ultimate success. We join Sheriff Demings and Undersheriff Rey Rivero and all the sights and sounds at the Hispanic Heritage Celebration.
